Job Role
- Overall management of all HR activities.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Performance Management & improvement systems.
- Employee development, need assessment and training.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Managing payroll administration.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
- Zero error in Employee safety, wealth, wellness & health.

- Staying max. 00:45 Min – 01:00 hrs traveling time from office.
- Job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
- Should be honest.
- Marks should not be below 60% in academics.
